Sorry for the backtracking, but for my own sanity I need to go back and catch up, bear with me! April has been a very busy month with Reed's birthday and Easter falling in the same weekend this year and his birthday party the next weekend. With everything going on, I bought stuff to dye eggs but unfortunately we never had a chance this year. I was very grateful Gigi stepped in and offered to dye eggs with Reed. So while I was getting ready for Reed's family birthday party after going to the church Easter Egg hunt, Gigi and Reed dyed eggs! I snapped a couple of pictures but not has many as I should have. Reed was much more interested this year than he was last year!

Graham is 5 Months!
Graham is 5 months old! He just gets sweeter every day!
It's so hard to believe this sweet face has been in our lives 5 months! I never got around to posting his 4 month stats from his check-up. On 4/16/12 he weighed 13.13 (17%) and was 24.25 inches long (49%). I had to put Graham in the same outfit again that Reed wore on his 5 month birthday. I can't help but compare my two completely opposite boys!
Graham is happy ALL day! He is still so easy. He takes great naps, normally 1.5 to 3 hours. One in the morning around 8:30 or 9 and then again around 12:30 or 1. Then he will normally cat nap in the afternoon. He started grabbing his feet on 3/31, first in his car seat and now all the time! I love this stage!
Week 20 was a big week for Graham! He dropped his 4 to 5 am feeding (which makes mommy very happy) and he really started grabbing toys good. It's hard to describe, but you could just see it in his face that he was concentrating more and really grabbing at something he wanted. Everything he gets a hold to goes straight to his mouth.
Sleep is getting better! Since dropping the morning feeding he is still waking up once a night for the pacifier, but he has made it until 6 a couple of times (9 to 10 hours). Usually he is waking around 3 or 4 for it, but not eating until 7ish now! Bad nights he is waking up around 1 to 2 and again at 3 or 4, but that has only happened a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. I think we are finally there! :)
Mr. Graham is now a rolly polly. On April 1st, while we were at church small group, Graham rolled over for the first time. He had been so close for a while! I laid him down on a playmat and walked away for a while and when I went to check on him he was all the way over on his stomach and since that day he has been rolling non-stop. He now rolls over and over across the room along with spinning in circles. He is also starting to pull his knees under him and he will kick and bounce forward.
He has done great with eating cereal all month and today was the third day he has had bananas, his first real food. The first bite you could tell he knew it was something different, but since then he has eaten it like no big deal. I normally feed him his food around 6:30, in between his night time feedings. During the days I am at work, Graham gets a 6 ounce bottle in the mornings and a 5 oz bottle in the afternoons. I am trying to make sure he gets all he will possibly eat, so he can start putting on some weight. His Grandmas also tell me that he is really starting to hold the bottle by himself.
Slobbering like crazy! I have had to break out the bibs! I never really did with Reed, but with Graham if you don't he will soak his outfits in a matter of minutes. Most of the time we just have to keep the pacifier in his mouth, so the fingers won't be and the slobber stays to a minimum. Finally starting to get control over the paci, being able to take it in and out more and more. Just waiting for him to be able to find it in his bed at night!
As you can see, Graham's hair is continuing to go away! It gets crazier and thinner every day! I have come to terms with the fact it is time to cut it! It is just to wild! The top and sides are literally almost 2 inches long! I don't know why, but I am attached to it! I have always said if my child had weird hair I would cut it, but I find it SO hard to cut his hair. I really want to leave it, just to see what it turns into, but I know he will continue to lose it. I really don't think he will ever be completely bald though!
Graham is starting to recognize people he knows! Especially his Mommy....which makes me so happy! He gets so excited when he sees me! He also recognizes his Daddy, Reed and his Grandmas that watch him every week.
We have also discovered lately, that Graham loves himself! If you walk in front of a mirror with him, he gets so excited! He will stand there and laugh and smile at himself forever. He loves bath time! Still wearing a size 2 diaper and 3-6 month clothes.
Still a big snuggle bug! Loves to be held laying on your chest and still sleeping on his stomach. Just in the last couple of days his afternoon naps have been a little tough to get him to sleep. We know he is tired but he just won't get still. Last night for bedtime and for his afternoon nap and bedtime tonight I have just had to lay him down in his bed awake. I have had to go back in there and put the pacifier in once, but other than that he goes right to sleep by himself. We will see if this continues. He is definitely getting more busy, playing with toys, wanting to be held and very aware that you are in the room and wanting attention.
Learning to sit up, getting stronger every day! I have started setting him in the boppy and he is doing really well for several minutes at a time. Graham is also finding his voice. He loves to squeal and is starting to make more babbling noises. He also LOVES his big brother, Reed can always make him smile, even when he is being to rough or laying on top of him!
Graham we adore you little buddy! I think I say 100 times a day, "He is just so cute!" My favorite time of day is hearing you wake up and start making your blowing noises and seeing you playing with your feet on the monitor. Then when I go to get you and you greet me with the biggest smile and squeal that makes my day! We are so blessed by you!!
Reed at 5 months! Did I mention they are totally opposite?

Reed is 3!!
We have had a super busy weekend celebrating Reed's birthday with family, along with cramming in lots of Easter fun. More on our crazy weekend soon, but first I want to wish my first baby boy a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
How did this little baby
become this big boy!
Reed,
Your Daddy and I love you more than you can imagine! I just can't believe you are 3 years old! You are growing up before our eyes, getting smarter, funnier and more handsome every day. Your personality is infectious and you don't miss a beat! We say every day how grown up you are becoming! You make us laugh every day with the funny things you say and next minute we are pulling our hair out because you are testing the limits to see what you can get away with. You are definitely all boy! Your favorites right now are riding your four wheeler, playing with anything that makes noise and t-ball! You love school and your friends. You are becoming super opinionated about what you wear, how things should go and what you want to do. You love chicken nuggets, juice, candy and your blanket. You normally play rough, but you have a very soft side too. You give the best hugs and you hate it when someone is sad. You have been a big brother for four months now and what an amazing big brother you have been. Graham is so lucky to have such a great big brother to look up too. I can't wait to watch the relationship between the two of you grow. Our lives changed forever on 4/9/09 and God blessed us beyond our imagination with the most precious gift. We can't wait to see what God has in store for your life! Reed Allen Baker no matter what Mommy and Daddy will always be your biggest fans!
Love,
Mommy
HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY REED!!

Graham is 4 Months Old!
Wow, I can't believe I haven't posted all month, but when I think back on the last few weeks, the first word that comes to mind is SICK! On March 7th, Reed was diagnosed with strep throat and then the next Tuesday after several days of wheezing, Graham was diagnosed with a cloudy ear and we had to start breathing treatments on him. They both were on antibiotics! I am happy to say we are all better. It is probably better that I stayed off the blog because I probably would have just been complaining the whole time. So this month has flown by and our little guy is already a month older! I decided it would be fun this month to put Graham in the same outfit Reed wore for his 4 month pictures! They couldn't be more different!!
He is still our little guy, but he is getting stronger and happier every day! This morning both boys slept in until after 8 am. So while Reed was having his morning milk and cartoon time I decided to take Graham's pictures. I put him over in the chair and started snapping. Then I started looking back through them and realized his hair was a mess! I am so use to it I didn't even notice! :)
This is the usual with Graham right now....crazy hair and drooling every where! It took me forever to get him to put his hands down out of his mouth too.
I tried to brush the hair....I personally like the crazy hair! :) Josh wants me to cut it on the sides so bad and I refuse. He has lost SO much, I don't want to cut what he has left.
Graham is finally almost completely in all 3-6 month cloths and still wearing a size 2 diaper. We go for his 4 month check-up in a couple of weeks, but a couple of weeks ago when we went to the doctor Graham weighed 13 lbs 9 ozs, which according to an app I have on my phone is the 39th percentile and at 2 months he was 40th percentile. So it looks like he is growing well!
Graham is talking more and more every day and has the best giggle when we can get it out of him. Usually it requires a little tickling! He has also started giving big, slobbery kisses!
We got the jumperoo out of the attic this month and he can't quite touch the ground, but with the help of a pillow he can easily get it moving and loves looking at all of the lights and toys on it. He plays on the playmat a lot too and just in the last couple of days has been turning in a complete circle on it. He is in constant motion when he is awake. Graham seems to be days away from rolling over. He is so close! Reed didn't roll over either direction until 5 months, so this much moving already is new for us. My prediction is that Graham will be an early crawler. With him sleeping on his stomach, he now moves from one end of the bed to the other in a matter of minutes. He kicks his legs and almost hops across the bed.
Graham is still not the best sleeper! He was consistently going 7 hours between feedings at night and waking only once between for his paci, right at the 4 hour mark every night. Then he got sick and honestly I can't even explain the last couple of weeks. It has been totally different every night some good and some really bad. However, the big news is we started cereal 2 nights ago and although the first night it seemed to upset his stomach the last two nights have been great! He has gone around 7 hours before making a peep both nights! Huge improvement and I am praying it continues.

Graham is 3 Months Old
3 Months have come and gone so quickly! Graham is such a happy, laid back little boy! We couldn't love him more!
Graham is getting more and more vocal every day and has even laughed a few times. He is so ticklish and this is usually what gets him to laugh.
He really is happy 95% of the day! The only time he is fussy is when he is hungry and he is drama when he wants to eat. He has the highest, high pitch scream! :) He is also no longer burping in the middle of eating and if I try to burp him, he freaks out and the scream begins. Josh and I just laugh at him because the face he makes is priceless, like the world is coming to an end and he hasn't eaten in months.
He has started rolling over to his side and a couple of times all the way over. He did it for the first time 2/23/12. He had woken up in the middle of a nap and wanted his pacifier back and he got worked up enough that he turned over.
Lately, Graham has been sleeping right at 7 hours at night. He goes down between 8 and 9 and I am normally up with him between 3:30 and 4:30. A few nights he has gone longer, I think our longest stretch has been 9 1/2. However, every night we are up at least once putting the pacifier in, usually around 4 hours after he goes down. I know this phase won't last forever, so I am not stressing over it. He usually wakes up again between 6 and 7 to eat again. He normally takes a good morning nap before eating again around 11 or 12. He is still taking great naps, just not really on a schedule. Every day is still pretty different. But he normally eats every 3 hours.
Up until last weekend, Graham really hadn't had any periods of cluster feeding, but this weekend he wanted to eat every 2 hours during the day and was sleeping a lot. I think we may be going through a little growth spurt.
Graham has really started watching Reed. If he sees him across the room, he will just start smiling! Reed loves him too and always wants to be as close as possible. They really are so sweet together already! He has also found Gracie and loves to smile and follow her too. He definitely knows his family, we all get the biggest smiles out of him!
He has started blowing raspberries and makes the funniest face when he does it! The drooling has really increased too, as you can see below! Getting so close to grabbing toys and he likes laying on the play mat and sits great in his bouncy seat and bumbo for quite a while.
He has started losing his hair! :( So sad! I kind of knew it was going happen, but I hoping it might not. It hung on a little longer than Reed's did and he still has quite a bit. Hopefully he won't lose all the back hair and keep the hair on top, he might look a little funny! Ha!
Starting to wear more 3 to 6 month clothes, but he can still easily fit into 0-3. He is wearing size 2 diapers. His favorite time of day is still bath time! He is in constant motion most of the day kicking his legs and moving his arms, but when he gets in his bath he goes into overdrive kicking, smiling and talking!
We are so blessed by this little guy!

He is still our little guy! At his 2 month doctor's visit (which he was really 10 1/2 weeks) he weighed 11 pounds 15 ounces (40%) and was 23 1/2 inches long (56%). His head was 15.75 (37%). Reed was 14.5 and 23 1/2 long at 2 months and 15.9 at 3 months. We were so used to Reed being so big that we are constantly saying how little Graham is. I love it!! He is still such a baby to me! I could just eat him up!
This morning I knew I needed to go into work for a little while so after Graham's morning nap and after he had eaten I decided to take his pictures before we headed out. I always hope for the perfect picture and biggest smiles, but Graham just really wasn't into the photo shoot. Most of the pictures were like this one. Adorable, yes, but I knew he had some bigger smiles in him.

Valentine's Catch-Up
Graham was all smiles on Valentine's Day in his "heart breaker" shirt from Gran!
Before we left to go pick Reed up from school I sat out his Valentine's basket! He has loved playing dress up lately so a while back I got him a doctor's outfit and I waited to give it to him. I also picked up a few little trucks and suckers, gum and tic tacs.
Checking out his new costume.
