Reed's Family Party

Reed was so excited all of his family was coming to celebrate his birthday!  He is one spoiled little boy!

Reed has been into Toy Story lately, so we went with a Toy Story theme.

The cake!  I just can't believe it has the #3 on it!  Where has the time gone?

I tried forever to get a picture of Reed with his cake before everyone got there and he just wanted to be silly!  Luckily we saved the cake before he licked it, he was really going to eat it!

Mommy & Daddy with the Birthday Boy!

Singing Happy Birthday

Blowing out his candle!

Reed couldn't wait to be able to take Woody and Buzz off the cake!  Then we couldn't get them away from him because he wanted to lick every bit of icing off of them!

Present time!  This was a lawn tool set from Gran and Grandad.  It came with a mower, weed eater, blower, chain saw, goggles and gloves!  Reed always likes working in the yard with Daddy, so we thought this would be perfect and he LOVES it!

Not the best picture, but a big Monster Truck from Papaw & Nina

Woody and Buzz from Aunt Amy, Gran & Grandad

We got Reed new shoes.  At school they have black rubber rocks on the playground so you have to go with all black or the shoes get ruined immediately.  In this picture Reed is saying, "Evan has these shoes!"  Come to find out another kid in his class has the same shoes, I am sure for the same reason.

A new backpack, packed with some goodies and we also got a lunch box to match.  I feel like this backpack can grow with him for a while.  The one he had was starting to look a little babyish for our big boy!

A new bike from Gigi!  Now we just need to learn how to ride it!  Reed has to many motorized toys and hasn't had the patience yet to learn how to ride a bike.  We are working on it!

A guitar from Uncle B! For months before his birthday Reed would say that he wanted a monster truck and a guitar for his birthday so he was so excited to really get them both!

Sharing with baby brother!

Now it was time to play!  But first we had to spend an hour getting everything opened and putting batteries in everything!  Woody and Buzz proved to be the most difficult!  Amy and I spent quite a while getting Buzz out!  Can you believe all the tape and ties?!  Crazy!!

The lawn set took 11 AA batteries!

But Reed couldn't wait to get to work!

Trimming the bushes....just like Daddy! :)

Reed had a great birthday!  He is one lucky little boy to have such special grandparents, an Aunt and an Uncle that love him to death.  Thank you everybody for making the day SO special!
